After the initial consultation (and depending on the experience you’re looking to book or the size of your group), we will require a planning fee of between $25-$250+ per person, based on the length, complexity, and timing of your trip. This allows your advisor to make your experience their priority and set aside the time it takes to create a customized itinerary that will exceed your expectations.

Next, your expert travel advisor will be assigned and they’ll start working on your itinerary. Your advisor will talk through all your travel desires, budget, style of trip, and special requests and prepare a tailored proposal that’s uniquely based on your needs. They’ll work with you until you are ready to book, apply deposits and provide you with the due dates on all future payments.
